Our Story

KookieKuttersWoodworks was born many years ago and I didn’t even realize it. My Grandfather did woodwork for years and I was always amazed at the things he made. I never thought of myself as the handy type or that I had the ability to do what he was doing. Flash forward to 2020, year of “The Rona” or Covid-19. My wife wanted to put up a wood wall in our living room so I had to buy some tools to do that project. Well, she suggested I try building a blanket ladder and sell it so I did, and then it was off to the races. As of writing this, I’ve made close to 100 blanket ladders, many benches, and several other items, to include the custom dining table and bench above. I’m always looking forward to the next project to see what I can learn. Come join me on this woodwork adventure and let’s see what I can build next.
